Slumber Party

we decided to take a trip to Aubrey, Texas... thats right!! Bryan and Ashley always come our way every weekend, so we decided to go there for the night. We all had a blast. We moved the furniture into Bryley's room, and got her closet all together. It is looking so cute! The bedding is taking 6 weeks to finish, i cant wait to see it!! Bryan is a master on the grill and dinner was delicious, yummy steaks and loaded potatoes! We went on a long walk and watched Up! Some  of the pics Chloe has a diaper on....i did not want to take the chance of her wetting the bed on mattress that didnt have a waterproof cover!!!

What an experience!! Chad, Chloe, and I participated this year and we had a really good time! There were lots of people there helping to raise money and awareness. This will definitely be a new tradition for us!

Adoption....

I am writing this post to help my sweet, sweet cousin Stacy and her family. They are in the process of adopting a child from Ethiopia. The Reeve’s family have such wonderful hearts and yearn for their baby to be here with them to love and take care of . However as you all know, the cost of adoption is very expensive and they are trying all they can do to save up and get the process started. This week they are having a raffle for a beautiful handmade cross that Aaron, Stacy’s husband has made. Please stop by and visit their blog, and if you feel led to give and donate, I know they will appreciate it very much. I understand times are hard and budgets are tight, so if anything please visit their blog become a follower and pray for The Reeve’s family as they begin this journey. You can access their blog on my sidebar to the right by clicking the wooden cross “Grow Hope, change a life in Ethiopia”
